Optiva Capital to strengthen over $7 billion in assets through Red Media Communications partnerships

Red Media Africa, the strategic communications company within HBC Holdings, founded by media entrepreneur Chude Jideonwo, has been appointed as the lead communications agency for Optiva Capital Partners, an investment migration firm managing over $5 billion in diaspora investments.

Effective June 1, 2026, the partnership will see Red Media Africa lead Optiva Capital’s communications strategy across media relations, brand storytelling, stakeholder engagement, reputation management and integrated campaigns. The mandate is designed to strengthen the firm’s visibility and positioning across its markets while communicating the depth of its work in wealth preservation, investment migration, international real estate and insurance services. For Red Media Africa, the partnership extends its role in helping ambitious African and globally oriented businesses translate institutional growth into clear, credible and compelling brand narratives.

According to Amaka Okeke, Ambassador and Executive Director, Business Development, Optiva Capital Partners, the decision reflects the company’s focus on ensuring that its external presence matches the progress it has made internally. “Internally, we have been strengthening our products, people, structures, and partnerships, and we are now intentional about ensuring our external perception reflects this progress,” she said. She added that the partnership with Red Media Africa represents an important milestone in Optiva Capital’s commitment to reputation building and strategic communication as it continues to expand its global presence.

For Red Media Africa, the partnership reinforces its commitment to building brands through strategic communications, reputation and storytelling. “Optiva Capital Partners is a brand that embodies ambition, innovation, and long-term value creation,” the company said. “We are excited to bring our communications expertise to support the company’s vision, deepen its connection with key audiences, and drive impactful brand growth across multiple platforms.” With more than 16 years of operations behind it, Optiva Capital will work with Red Media Africa to deepen awareness, trust and engagement as it advances its ambition to become a globally recognised wealth preservation and investment migration firm.
